We had Meatless Monday last Monday. We made a cheddar cheese fondue and dipped these gorgeous organic veggies into it! Meatless Monday win! We had organic Fuji apples, red delicious apples, organic carrots, organic broccoli, sweet yellow peppers, sweet orange peppers, and organic cucumbers. We made the sweet potato fries with a blend of olive oil, canola oil and grape-seed oil drizzled on top. Then we added DoTerra rosemary, thyme and black pepper essential oils along with Himalayan pink salt. Then we sprinkled more black pepper on top for color. Then we baked them at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
It was all awesome dipped into our homemade cheese fondue.
